Shipment tracking:

1、Set up system number and BL number according to customer needs and cargo information;

2、Release SO to shipper & consignee and advise the loading plan & closing time, arrange truck for pick up if in need;

3、Warehouse inspection cargo once cargo arrived, feedback the cargo photo if cargo damage;

4、Examine the customs document (provide export license if in need), loading cargo into container after customs released;

5、Prepare BL draft,Packing list,Commercial invoice for customer checking and confirmation;

6、Follow up the vessel status,update on board date & arrive date and fina BL to customer once carrier departure;

7、Timely Telex release the BL and real time update the cargo location to customer;

8、Inform POD agent prepare document to arrange customs clearance, and arrange delivery cargo to fina destination;

9、Collection customer's experience & suggestion for setting up better logistics scheme in next time.
